Sakura Season Arrives at Sticks'n'Sushi

This spring, Sticks’n’Sushi invites you to experience Sakura, a seasonal celebration inspired by the beauty of cherry blossom. While sakura originates in Japan, this limited-time concept brings together floral influences from across cultures, blending Japanese tradition with subtle Danish touches. Expect delicate origami blooms, live-painted florals, and a fresh, vibrant atmosphere where spring takes centre stage.

To mark the occasion, a selection of Sakura Specials has been thoughtfully created, capturing the light, uplifting flavours of the season. The menu features a standout sushi roll, a beautifully balanced dessert, and three unique cocktails – each inspired by cherry blossom and botanical notes.

Highlights include the Sakura Maki, combining soy-cured salmon, Danish smoked cheese, cucumber, sakura rice, avocado, miso aïoli and lumpfish roe. For something sweet, the Sakurakissu dessert offers a layered mix of cherry and umeshu compote, dark chocolate, vanilla ice cream, amber cookie, cherry foam and shiso leaves. To drink, guests can enjoy the floral and refreshing Hana Kasumi (0.0%), the indulgent Sakura Martini, or the light and fragrant Sakura Spritz.
