A new winter special has arrived at Emilia’s Crafted Pasta, with the launch of its slow-braised lamb shoulder ragù served with handmade gnocchi.
Soft, pillowy potato gnocchi are handmade from scratch every morning using British red-skin potatoes, creating a light and delicate texture that pairs perfectly with the rich lamb ragù, slow-cooked for over four hours until tender and deeply flavoured.
Made with premium British lamb sourced from a small farm in Essex and finished with a vibrant mint and herb salsa verde for a fresh, fragrant touch. Rich, warming and comforting, this seasonal dish is available from 14th January until the end of February.
