Who says January is for hibernating? Start the new year with something a little more exciting as Wagamama launches two brand-new limited-edition dishes that put food fusion at the heart of the menu.
Meet Udonara – a delicious clash of Italian comfort and Asian flair, featuring thick udon noodles tossed in a rich, creamy sauce with crispy plant-based bacon and king oyster mushrooms. Alongside it is Tacomama, a playful fusion of taco and gyoza. Crispy open gyoza skins are filled with teriyaki mushrooms and Korean-style spicy sweet potato mash, finished with mixed leaves, vegan mayo and pomegranate seeds for a sweet and spicy kick.
Available until 24th February, the launch is perfectly timed for Valentine’s Day with its opposites attract theme. These dishes aren’t just about mixing cuisines, but celebrating global belonging through taste - familiar, comforting flavours with an unexpected twist.
Gather your friends and try the new limited-edition dishes while you can. From saucy udon noodles in the creamy udonara to the spicy kick of the tacomama, these plant-based bowls are perfect for warming you up and setting the tone for the year ahead.
