Cardinal Plays has come to Victoria, with live music performances every Thursday and Saturday lunchtime from 12pm-2pm.
With a wide variety of singers, guitarists, and other musicians, these amazing performances are a great opportunity to visit the reimagined Cardinal Place and explore the improved seating, natural features, and permanent art installations in the area.
